Mentor for Young Adults with Special Educational Needs

We are looking for a highly skilled Support Worker to join our team at a specialist provision for students with autism.
The successful candidate will have experience working with young adults with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, specifically Autism / ASD, Severe Learning Difficulties / SLD, and Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties / PMLD.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Support students' educational growth and progress
- Provide individualized support to students with complex needs
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create tailored lesson plans
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Desirable: Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification
- Current Child and Adult DBS
