The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Academy Lecturer to join our team. As a member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students and contribute to their academic and personal development.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students with special needs
- Develop and implement individualised learning plans that meet the needs of each student
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Education and Training or equivalent qualification
- Recent experience of teaching students with special needs
- A passion for delivering high-quality education and making a positive impact on the lives of our students
As a member of our staff, you can expect:
- A competitive salary of £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, inclusive of London Weighting Allowance
