**About the Role:**

A SEN Teacher position is available at a thriving two-form entry school in Hayes, starting this September.

This rewarding role involves developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs, providing tailored instruction and support to students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, dyslexia, and more.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the academic and emotional growth of all students, utilizing a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students.

Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IEPs for students with special educational needs
  • Provide tailored instruction and support to students with various needs
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Utilize various teaching strategies and resources to engage and motivate students
  • Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is required. Experience working with students with special educational needs and a strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies are essential.
