Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Special Needs Educator to join our team at Exclusive Education. The role involves working with pupils with Autism, implementing behaviour management strategies, and adhering to school policies.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a relevant teaching qualification, previous experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs, and strong behaviour management skills. They will also be able to implement effective teaching strategies for pupils across various age groups, including EYFS, KS1, KS2, KS3, and KS4.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with an experienced team of education specialists who are dedicated to providing quality support to schools in the North West.

Key Responsibilities
  • To teach pupils with Autism, implementing individualised lesson plans and adapting to meet their unique needs.
  • To manage classroom behaviour effectively, using proactive strategies to prevent difficulties and resolve conflicts.
  • To communicate regularly with parents and carers, keeping them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
