Job Title: Special Educational Needs Teacher

We are seeking an experienced SEND Teacher to join our team at Philosphy Education in Enfield. As a Special Educational Needs Teacher, you will be responsible for teaching a class of 11 pupils with high levels of special educational needs. The role requires you to plan and prepare learning activities following the SCERTS programme, working closely with three learning support assistants.

About the Role:
• Teach a class of 11 pupils with high levels of special educational needs
• Plan and prepare learning activities following the SCERTS programme
• Work closely with three learning support assistants

Requirements:
• QTS or equivalent qualification
• Previous experience within a Special Educational Needs school
• Experience planning and teaching students with Autism, ADHD, and communication/language needs
• Knowledge of SCERTS approach (Social Communication, Emotional Regulation, and Transactional Support)

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
