About the Opportunity

As a Mentor for Young Adults, you will provide guidance and support to help young people develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed in life. You will also work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment.

**Key Qualifications:**

  • Experience working with young adults with SEMH, Autism, ADHD, or those in care
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
