We are seeking an SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As an SEN Teaching and Learning Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students aged 16-25 who require a nurturing and inclusive setting to thrive. You will work closely with experienced staff to develop and implement tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs of each student.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. You will be passionate about education and committed to delivering high-quality support and guidance to young adults.

Salary: £21,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
