Join Our Team as a Behaviour Mentor in South East London

This Behaviour Mentor position is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people with SEMH needs. Working in a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) setting, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides guidance and support to students in managing their challenges and achieving personal and educational goals.

About the School

The school is a PRU/SEMH setting based in Lewisham, near great transport links. They provide an inclusive and dynamic learning environment for young vulnerable people across key stages 3 & 4.

Key Requirements
  • Experience in an SEMH or PRU setting
  • Strong understanding of the challenges faced by young people with SEMH needs
  • Patience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help students succeed
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
