Mentor and Role Model for Young People

We are looking for an experienced youth worker to join our team at DeedMob B.V.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with young people and delivering effective mentoring programs.
This is a long-term volunteer opportunity requiring approximately 3-5 hours per month over a period of up to one year.
As a mentor, you will be paired with a young person based on their needs and goals, providing tailored support in areas such as confidence building, resilience development, career focus, and service access.
The estimated salary for this role is €20.00 per hour.
The role requires the ability to work independently, prepare for sessions, and think creatively.
Familiarity with online platforms like Microsoft Teams is preferred.
Good organizational skills and ability to work as part of a team are also required.
This role involves expenses covered, but it is unpaid.
