Purpose

We are seeking a dedicated Young People Mentor to work with NEET young people in East London, supporting them into and helping them to remain in sustainable learning and work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with young people, providing guidance and support
  • Manage caseloads, planning, and organisational skills to achieve successful outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure young people receive comprehensive support
