**Job Description:

  • Support students on a 1:1 basis in a fast-paced PRU environment.
  • Experience with challenging behaviour required, can be in school or youth work setting.
  • Recent Ofsted inspection graded the PRU as Good.
  • The PRU caters for 67 students aged 14-19 who have been excluded from mainstream school.
  • The PRU aims to transform the lives of young people unable to thrive in mainstream education.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:** The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and how it impacts individuals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
