The successful candidate will have 1 year's experience working with challenging behaviour, strong behaviour management skills and a calm, confident approach.
**Salary:** £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

- Support students on a 1:1 basis in a fast-paced PRU environment.
- Experience with challenging behaviour required, can be in school or youth work setting.
- Recent Ofsted inspection graded the PRU as Good.
- The PRU caters for 67 students aged 14-19 who have been excluded from mainstream school.
- The PRU aims to transform the lives of young people unable to thrive in mainstream education.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:** The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autism and how it impacts individuals. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
