Autism Support Worker for Children

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Autism Support Worker for Children in a Waltham Forest Primary school. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting pupils with autism and be available for a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support a pupil on a 1:1 basis in a mainstream Primary school setting.
  • Work with a student in KS1 (Year 2) who has autism and is non-verbal.
  • Be confident in supporting pupils with autism.
  • Have experience supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis in a Primary school setting.
  • Have immediate availability for a full-time role.
Requirements:
  • A strong background in supporting pupils with autism.
  • Experience working in a Primary school setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

The estimated salary for this position is £26,000 - £36,000 per annum, depending on experience.
