Autism Support Worker

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a midday meal supervisor in a Lambeth-based school. The successful candidate will have prior experience working in a school setting and be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for students with Autism.
Main Responsibilities:- Supervise pupils with Autism during meals and activities.
- Develop strategies with teachers to meet the individual needs of each student.
- Prior experience working in a school setting is necessary for success in this role.
- Knowledge of Autism and SEN practices is highly desirable.
- The successful candidate must hold an Enhanced DBS or be willing to process one through Reeson Education.
Estimated Annual Salary:
£35,000 - £40,000
