About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Adult Autism Residential Support Worker to join our team in Gloucester. The successful candidate will work with clients with different service users who may have mental health issues, learning disabilities, substance abuse, homelessness, or physical disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients with daily living activities
  • Assist with personal care and medication management
  • Encourage independence and empowerment
  • Develop and maintain a safe and supportive environment

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience in social care (mental health, learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviour or care work in general)
  • Want to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Take initiative and have a can-do attitude
