Beam ABA Services is a leading organisation that supports young adults with autism and learning disabilities in North West London.

We are currently recruiting for a Behaviour Support Worker to join our team. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you will play a vital role in implementing person-centred programmes utilising Applied Behaviour Analysis and Positive Behaviour Support best practice.

The successful candidate will have experience working with individuals with learning disability and/or autism, be able to drive an automatic car on a UK license, and have availability to work across weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

We offer a competitive salary of £22,295-£25,480 per annum (pro-rata) for full-time positions, paid at an hourly rate of £12.25-£14 depending on qualifications and experience. Overtime hours are available.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive:
