Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist advice, guidance, and direct support across various departments within our acute hospital site.
- Collaborate with the Lead Nurse for Learning Disability and Autism to maintain effective links with community-based services.
- Develop and deliver training to enhance the competence and confidence of HHFT staff in providing excellent care to individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
- Build and support a network of advisors/champions to promote awareness and best practices within the Trust.

Person Specification:
The successful candidate will have:
- Registered Nurse (Learning Disability, Mental Health, Adult Nursing), or Allied Health Professional HCPC registered.
- Educated to degree level in a relevant subject or equivalent level of experience working in a specialist area.
- Evidence of continued professional development.
