The reception team serves as the initial point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in the overall experience at our practice.

As a Patient Services Coordinator, you will:

  • Welcome and assist patients upon their arrival, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Guide patients in accessing the appropriate services or healthcare professionals efficiently and effectively.
  • Support clinicians and management, collaborating as a team to enhance patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the practice's appointment system, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Process repeat prescriptions in accordance with established protocols.
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, with a polite and professional demeanor.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy of all patients and colleagues.
  • Assist in the management of patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
