We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Patient Services Care Coordinator to join our Primary Care Team at DMC Healthcare. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to patients.
Main Responsibilities- Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
- Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team
- Book and manage appointments, including signposting patients to our range of services
- Process prescription requests in a timely manner
- Support patient health promotion recall campaigns
- Encourage uptake of our digital tools to support patient self-care
- Reception or customer care experience is essential
- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
- Basic PC skills, including use of Word, Excel, and email
- Ability to work within processes and procedures
- Willingness to learn and progress with a 'can do' attitude
