Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patient Services Care Coordinator to join our Primary Care Team at DMC Healthcare. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and providing exceptional patient care.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage patient records and maintain confidentiality
  • Respond to patient queries and liaise with the wider primary care team
  • Book and manage appointments, including signposting patients to our range of services
  • Process prescription requests and maintain accurate records
  • Support patient health promotion recall campaigns and encourage uptake of our digital tools
  • Participate in mandatory training, annual appraisal, and continued education and learning
Requirements
  • Reception or customer care experience is essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and email
  • Ability to work within processes and procedures
  • Willingness to learn and progress with a 'can-do' attitude
