We are looking for a skilled Care Coordinator to join our team, who will play a key role in supporting patients on their journey. Our Care Coordinators are the first point of contact for patients, providing guidance and support throughout the process.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing Patient Inquiries: Responding to patient inquiries, providing information and support as needed.
- Safeguarding Incidents: Managing safeguarding incidents, working closely with our safeguarding lead and team as needed.
- Process Improvement: Collaborating with our product and engineering teams to test, provide feedback on, and iterate processes for the Care Coordination Team.
- Team Support: Supporting the development of new Care Coordinators as they join the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- IT Skills: Familiarity with typical IT tools, including support ticketing systems and Microsoft office and/or Google suite.
- Coaching Experience: Previous experience coaching more junior colleagues.
- Knowledge of Patient Confidentiality and Data Protection: Familiarity with patient confidentiality and data protection regulations.
