Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Domiciliary Registered Manager to join our team at Delphi Care Solutions Limited. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the coordination of Domiciliary Care Support Workers across all areas serviced by the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Oversee the coordination of Domiciliary Care Support Workers, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
- Office Administration: Manage, monitor, and control budgets, rotas, and care plans to ensure efficient service operation.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Training & Mentorship: Conduct staff supervisions and appraisals, identifying and implementing staff training needs to enhance service delivery.
- Crisis Management: Handle crisis situations promptly and effectively, prioritizing the safety and well-being of individuals under care.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Domiciliary care management
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Manager
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A strong understanding of compliance and CQC inspections
- Demonstrable ability to drive growth, such as deliver and maintain a good CQC rating
- Ability to develop and conduct effective training sessions
- NVQ Level 5 – Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care or its equivalent
- Strong Interpersonal Abilities
- Computer literacy (particularly email, excel spreadsheets and word documents)
