Main Responsibilities
As the Lead Patient Safety Officer, you will serve as a key specialist within the organization, providing expert guidance and insights across all divisions and care groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the execution of the National Patient Safety Strategy, including the recently adopted Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF).
- Driving the transformation of patient safety into a dynamic and continuously improving process, fostering a culture that prioritizes safety for all.

Essential:

- Proven ability to lead teams in the implementation of PSIRF and other patient safety standards.
Desirable:
- Current leadership experience within the field of Patient Safety.
