Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patient Safety Manager to join our team at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our patient safety team, you will play a lead role in ensuring the provision of efficient and responsive central patient safety functions and contributing to the development of the Trust approach to patient safety and the patient safety incident response framework (PSIRF).

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support and undertake patient safety incident investigations (PSIIs) as needed.
  • Lead on incident management and will also be (or will become) a patient safety specialist.
  • Support the development of a patient safety culture and safety systems.
