Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Patient Safety and Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Barts Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our Quality Governance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and compliance across our organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and present safety performance data, analysing themes and trends to inform improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and deliver training on patient safety and compliance, ensuring all staff are equipped to provide safe and effective care.
  • Liaise with external agencies, including the Care Quality Commission, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of patient safety alerts and ensure effective monitoring systems are in place.
  • Review safety-related information to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these.
