Job Title: Senior Patient Safety Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Patient Safety Specialist to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our Patient Safety team, you will be responsible for managing the collection, processing, and reporting of adverse event reports for our client products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the collection, processing, and reporting of adverse event reports for all client products.
- Develop and implement local procedures to ensure compliance with Patient Safety global procedures and national requirements.
- Perform reconciliation with other departments for potential AEs resulting from medical inquiries, quality-related complaints, and other sources.
- Manage and maintain all relevant local Patient Safety databases.
- Ensure that relevant local literature articles are screened as appropriate.
- Prepare and submit KPI reports on compliance in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Graduate in life science degree or equivalent training and experience.
- 2 years as Patient Safety Specialist (preferred) and experience in oversight of the workload of others.
- Knowledge of national and international regulations for pharmacovigilance.
- Knowledge of pharmacological and medical terminology.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Quality and results-oriented.
- Project management skills.
