Role Overview
As a Maintenance Coordination Officer, you will be essential in managing, diagnosing, and efficiently processing maintenance and repair requests from our tenants. Your role will involve providing accurate and current information about our services to both tenants and colleagues. This includes investigating service requests and coordinating with tenants to schedule appointments while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Maintenance Desk operates from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotational basis.
Candidate Profile
Your background in customer service is crucial, along with your ability to manage databases, compile information, and perform administrative tasks effectively. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a high level of IT proficiency (including knowledge of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online communication tools). Attention to detail in data recording is essential.
While not mandatory, prior experience in a maintenance service role would be advantageous.
