As a Maintenance Coordination Officer, you will be instrumental in overseeing, diagnosing, and efficiently managing maintenance and daily repair requests from our tenants.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and accurate information regarding our services to both tenants and colleagues.
- Investigate service requests and coordinate with tenants to arrange appointments, ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered.
- Operate within our Repairs Desk, which functions from 8am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotational basis.
About You
Your background in customer service is essential, along with your proficiency in managing databases, compiling information, and executing administrative tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, alongside a high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online communication tools.
- Precision in data entry and recording is crucial for this role.
While prior experience in a repairs service role is not mandatory, it would be considered advantageous.
