Maintenance Planner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure efficient equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Schedule routine equipment services and ensure all necessary documentation is up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Schedule and Coordinate: Coordinate contractor visits with production availability and work with production teams to schedule machine downtime for servicing.
- CWorks CMMS: Implement software updates, monitor daily operations, and maintain weekly PPM/Condition Based Monitoring schedules.
- Compliance: Plan and coordinate statutory equipment inspections (LOLER/PUWER, PSSR), monitor and record corrective actions related to L8 compliance, and ensure equipment meets food safety standards.
- General Administration: Oversee contractor control and documentation, monitor engineering attendance and overtime, and handle purchase orders and maintain engineering documents.
