Maintenance Planner Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance Planning: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Schedule Routine Services: Plan and execute routine equipment services, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and audit-ready.
  • Contractor Management: Coordinate contractor visits with production availability and oversee contractor control and documentation.
  • Compliance and Safety: Plan and coordinate statutory equipment inspections, monitor and record corrective actions related to L8 compliance, and ensure equipment meets food safety standards.
  • General Administration: Oversee engineering attendance and overtime, notify relevant departments about contractor activities, and handle purchase orders and maintain engineering documents.

As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for implementing software updates, monitoring daily operations, and maintaining the asset register. You will also serve as the main contact for CWorks support and issues.
