Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our Engineering team at Orion Electrotech. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintenance Planning: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Schedule Routine Services: Plan and execute routine equipment services, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and audit-ready.
- Contractor Management: Coordinate contractor visits with production availability and oversee contractor control and documentation.
- Compliance and Safety: Plan and coordinate statutory equipment inspections, monitor and record corrective actions related to L8 compliance, and ensure equipment meets food safety standards.
- General Administration: Oversee engineering attendance and overtime, notify relevant departments about contractor activities, and handle purchase orders and maintain engineering documents.
As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for implementing software updates, monitoring daily operations, and maintaining weekly PPM/Condition Based Monitoring schedules. You will also serve as the main contact for CWorks support and issues.
