Maintenance Engineer
This role involves planning and coordinating maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of production equipment. The successful candidate will have experience in maintenance planning, CMMS implementation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Planning: Schedule routine equipment services, ensure all paperwork is audit-ready, and coordinate with production regarding machine downtime.
- CWorks CMMS: Implement software updates, monitor work requests, work orders, purchasing, and materials, and generate weekly PPM/Condition-Based Monitoring Schedules.
- Compliance: Plan and coordinate statutory insurance inspections, monitor corrective works, and ensure all equipment is food-safe and compliant with regulations.
- General Admin: Monitor engineering attendance, generate KPI figures, and maintain engineering documents.
