Job Title: Maintenance Operations Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Operations Coordinator to join our Asset Management team at Think Community Care Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective planning and execution of maintenance programs across our housing stock.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular surveys of housing properties to identify maintenance needs and develop and implement planned maintenance schedules.
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers to ensure efficient delivery of maintenance services and monitor and manage maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations and other relevant legislation and provide technical advice and support to the housing management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all inspections, surveys, and maintenance works and assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a housing association or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance, construction, and related regulations.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with relevant qualifications in building surveying, construction, or a related field.
- A full driving license and willingness to travel across Worcestershire as required.
