Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery
- Oversee contractors and manage maintenance schedules to maintain a high standard of property
- Conduct health and safety inspections to ensure a safe living environment
- Organize events for Owners to foster a sense of community
- Manage administrative tasks, including event organization and site maintenance
- Strong administrative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and autonomously
- Background in retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, or health & social care sectors
