Lodge Manager

About the Role

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is seeking an exceptional Lodge Manager to join our team at our retirement development. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development and related activities, ensuring a positive experience for our Home Owners.

This varied and interesting role will see you managing the maintenance of the property, providing a first-class service to Owners, and liaising with customers and suppliers. You will be the trusted, 'go-to' person on-site and a 'friendly neighbour' for Owners.

We are looking for someone with a background in administration and customer service, who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and has excellent administration skills.

About You

This position is ideally suited to people with experience of similar backgrounds such as retirement living, social housing, hospitality, uniformed services, charity, and health & social care sectors. You will have an outgoing and friendly personality, with a love of people, and be able to work 'front of house' with ease.

You will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative, and have the ability to be calm under pressure. You will also be an accomplished administrator, computer literate, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Outlook.
