Position Overview

Ford Fuels is a family-owned enterprise specializing in the distribution of fuel, lubricants, and AdBlue, catering to both commercial and residential clients.
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Full-time Technical Operations Coordinator to become a vital part of our engineering division based at our Evesham location.
This role requires working Saturday mornings for 4 hours on a rotational basis, compensated at an overtime rate.
Key Responsibilities:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
  • Handling incoming telephone inquiries
  • Managing quotes and processing payments
  • Scheduling tank service quotes
  • Procurement of inventory and liaising with suppliers
  • Contacting customers to provide job notifications
  • Overseeing stock management
  • Updating the inventory management system with stock levels and pricing
  • Coordinating tank services and distributing job sheets to technicians
  • Addressing customer complaints and escalating issues as necessary
  • Providing general administrative support in the office
