Role Responsibilities
As a Repairs Officer, you will be instrumental in managing, diagnosing, and efficiently processing maintenance and daily repair requests from our tenants. Your role will involve providing up-to-date and accurate information regarding our services to both tenants and colleagues. This includes investigating service requests and coordinating with tenants to schedule appointments while delivering outstanding customer service.
Our Repairs Desk operates from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, on a rotational basis.
Candidate Profile
Your background in customer service is essential, along with your proficiency in managing databases, compiling information, and executing administrative tasks. You should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a high level of IT literacy, including knowledge of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online communication tools. Accuracy in data entry is critical.
While prior experience in a repairs service role is not mandatory, it would be considered a valuable asset.
