Job Description:
We are seeking a Temporary Administrator to join our Asset Management team in Evesham. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the effective management and maintenance of housing assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Asset Management team, including data entry, filing, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain and update asset records in our management systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Respond to enquiries from residents, contractors, and internal teams, providing information and assistance as required.
- Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and presentations related to asset management and maintenance projects.
- Help schedule inspections, maintenance works, and meetings, coordinating with contractors and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all documentation and records comply with internal policies and relevant legislation.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience, ideally within a housing, property management, or asset management environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience using database systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
