Role Responsibilities:
As a Repairs Officer, you will be essential in managing, diagnosing, and efficiently handling maintenance and daily repair requests from our tenants. You will provide accurate and timely information regarding our services to both tenants and colleagues. This role involves investigating service requests and coordinating with tenants to arrange appointments while delivering outstanding customer service.
The Repairs Desk operates from 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday, on a rotational basis.
Candidate Profile:
Your background in customer service is crucial, along with your ability to manage databases, compile information, and perform administrative tasks. You should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of IT proficiency (including knowledge of databases, Microsoft Word, Excel, and online communication tools). Attention to detail in data entry is essential.
While not mandatory, prior experience in a repairs service role would be advantageous.
