Specification Sales Lead - Ceramic Flooring

Position Overview:
As a Specification Sales Lead for Ceramic Flooring, you will play a pivotal role in promoting a diverse range of wall and floor ceramic tiles within the construction sector.

Industry Focus:
This position encompasses various sectors including Wall Tiles, Floor Tiles, Ceramic Products, Interior Building Solutions, and Building Materials. You will engage with Architects, Interior Designers, Housebuilders, and Main Contractors.

Territory:
Your primary area of responsibility will be the South West & South Wales region, ideally operating from a central location.

Compensation:
The remuneration package includes a competitive salary ranging from £50,000 to £60,000, complemented by quarterly commission opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive specification sales by engaging with architects and interior designers to promote our ceramic tile offerings.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with main contractors and design & build contractors.
- Manage an area with a turnover potential exceeding £1 million.
- Inherit a strong project pipeline while actively pursuing new business opportunities.
- Participate in projects with budgets starting from £250,000.
- Conduct Continuing Professional Development (CPD) presentations to educate stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proven experience in the interior building products sector.
- Familiarity with A&D specification processes is preferred, although candidates with merchant or contractor backgrounds will also be considered.
- Established connections with architects and interior designers in the region will be advantageous.
- A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation skills and a professional appearance.
