Regional Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the South West Region, driving sales growth and achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations and marketing initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and coach Sales Executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Attend promotional events and presentations to showcase our developments and build relationships with potential customers.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
- Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Proven sales management experience in the new homes or property industry.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
