About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Executives in the South West Region, driving sales growth and achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for each site, including price recommendations and marketing initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and coach Sales Executives to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Attend promotional events and presentations to showcase our developments and build relationships with potential customers.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the team.
  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Proven sales management experience in the new homes or property industry.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
