The OpportunityAs a key member of the Site Services team, you will report to the Director of Site Services and work closely with 4 reports to tackle regional objectives and drive business growth. In this role, you will have a range of responsibilities; from ensuring quality service solutions and customer satisfaction to driving adoption and compliance with global services tools and safety programs.
You will engage in strategic planning, support budget development, and ensure adherence to health and safety policies. You will also provide direction and support to Sales, Operations, and Service Managers, and oversee projects within the Service Department. This position offers the chance to make your own mark and take ownership of your deliverables.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a regional service business strategy and budgets.
- Oversee a network of in-country National Service Managers and Service Sales teams.
- Ensure quality service solutions and customer satisfaction.
- Drive adoption and compliance with global services tools and safety programs.
- Engage in strategic planning and support budget development.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety policies.
- Provide direction and support to Sales, Operations, and Service Managers.
- Oversee projects within the Service Department.
- Technical degree or relevant qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a service leadership position with a proven record of success.
- Proficiency in management skills, project management, and site team management.
- IT proficiency, including service software and Microsoft Office applications.
