Job Summary:

AdMore Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Profit and Loss Management: You will have full accountability for the profit and loss in your region, providing support and guidance to your team to maximize profit and commercial opportunities.
  • Team Management: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with your team, providing coaching and support to drive business results.
  • Commercial Solutions: You will provide innovative and practical commercial solutions to improve merchandising and drive profit and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Experience: You will have experience of managing remotely in a district/area/regional/divisional manager position across multiple sites and locations within the branded fashion and accessories sectors.
  • Commercial Acumen: You will operate with a keen commercial acumen, capitalizing on sales opportunities and have a track record of delivering profit through commercial principles.
  • Customer Service: You will have operated in an environment where excellent customer service, managing the customer journey, driving sales, and managing the P+L are paramount.
