About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base in the South West region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and surpass regional sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying new business opportunities and converting them into profitable ventures.
  • Conduct regular field sales visits to ensure effective communication and relationship-building with customers.
  • Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM system to track customer interactions and sales performance.
  • Provide market feedback and contribute to product development initiatives to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong technical knowledge of the trailer parts industry.
  • Proven track record in building effective relationships and generating business leads.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
  • Full driving license is essential.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary of GBP50-60k with an OTE of GBP65-75k.
  • 33 days total holiday.
