About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Stirling Warrington. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue in the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the South West region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers in the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
- Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently within the South West region.
What We Offer:
- Competitive basic salary up to £55k DOE.
- 15% Bonus paid quarterly (Individual and Company related).
- Hybrid or EV Company Car.
- 33 days A.L.
- Monthly Lunch allowance = £30 per month gross.
- Home Internet Allowance = £32.99 per month gross.

- Life Insurance x8 base salary.
