Job Title: Regional Account Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team at Universal Business Team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients in the South West region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve regional sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identifying new opportunities and converting them into profitable ventures.
- Conduct regular field sales visits to existing and potential clients, providing market feedback and contributing to product development initiatives.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date CRM system, ensuring thorough planning and follow-up.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer queries and issues.
Requirements:
- Strong technical knowledge of the trailer parts industry.
- Proven track record in building effective relationships and generating business leads.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Full driving license is essential.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary of GBP50-60k with an OTE of GBP65-75k.
- 33 days total holiday (25 + 8).
- GBS bonus and Regional Bonus.
