We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front of House Manager to join our team. As a Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for our staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Operations: Manage the front of house area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our staff, visitors, and clients, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including managing mail, deliveries, and supplies.
  • Meeting Coordination: Coordinate meetings, arrange refreshments, and ensure the meeting rooms are prepared and ready for use.
  • Office Maintenance: Maintain the office equipment, report any issues to the relevant authorities, and ensure the office is secure and safe.

Requirements:

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff, visitors, and clients.
  • Proactive Approach: A proactive approach to maintaining the office environment, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional environment.
