  • Advise HR users on report manipulation when reports do not meet specific business requirements.
  • Assist in the creation of Groupwide KPI reports.
  • Engage in project work related to the maintenance and enhancement of our HR systems.
  • Support Benefits Reporting and Data Cleansing initiatives.

  • Volunteer day.
  • Discounts, including cinema, to ensure ongoing engagement with ISG beyond the workplace.

  • Your work-life balance is important to us; in addition to your holiday allowance, we offer a You Day to celebrate special occasions, spend time with family, or simply enhance your life experience.
  • Thriving networks, including I-NOW (Women's Network), Race and Faith, LGBTQIA+, Armed Forces Covenant, and the menopause working group, are open to all.
