Role Objective:

Assisting the Group HR Systems and Benefits Manager in overseeing our HR Systems (Workday), which encompasses all our personnel data, and ISG Talent (Performance Management and Learning), to guarantee that all employee information is accurately recorded and maintained.

You will serve as our in-house authority on the functionality of our systems and the primary resource for our HR colleagues, ensuring they are equipped and capable of fulfilling their duties. As we advance our systems capabilities, this individual will aid in both the integration and enhancement of such capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain relationships with system vendors, document system issues and resolutions, participate in weekly meetings, attend training sessions on system updates, and communicate relevant information to the appropriate stakeholders while managing relevant test environments.
  • Collaborate with IT to ensure a comprehensive understanding of how our HR Systems integrate with other systems across the organization.
  • Support the HR and HR Shared Services teams with their reporting needs, including weekly/monthly reports and the creation of standardized or ad-hoc reports.
  • Engage in project work related to the maintenance and enhancement of our HR systems and assist in the generation of Groupwide KPI reports.
  • Assist with Benefits Reporting and Data Cleansing initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:
  • Prior experience with HR Systems is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Excel and other systems.
  • Experience as a Super User of HR systems is desirable.
Educational Background:
  • A degree is preferred.
  • CIPD qualification is advantageous.
