Role: Senior HR Business Partner - Change & Transformation Specialist

Salary: £100k plus package

Location: Hybrid

Network HR is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join a global financial services firm based in London. As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for delivering complex organizational change initiatives.

You will report to the Chief People Officer and be part of the Transformation Office, led by the Chief of Staff. Your role will involve designing and implementing organizational transformation plans, leading multi-faceted consultations, and acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end organizational transformation plans
  • Lead complex consultations, including redundancy, redeployment, and TUPE
  • Provide strategic HR advice to the CPO, Chief of Staff, and Transformation Office
  • Coach and upskill the broader HR team
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive business outcomes

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing change programs and leading consultations
  • Highly structured and organized approach
  • Employment law expertise and commercial acumen
