Elevation Recruitment Group is currently seeking a Senior HR Systems Consultant with expertise in Workday optimization and implementation initiatives.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring in-office presence for two days a week.

This role presents an excellent opportunity for an HR systems expert to demonstrate their capabilities and knowledge, facilitating enhancements and transformations within the People & Culture divisions and the broader organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the People & Culture teams to identify requirements and assist in modifications to the structure and data, ensuring adherence to best practices.
  • Facilitate training and engagement initiatives to guarantee that essential stakeholders are effectively utilizing Workday.
  • Proactively oversee Workday updates and contribute insights and support for various projects.
  • Possess extensive hands-on technical experience with Workday, including configuration of Core HCM and at least one additional module (such as Recruitment, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Talent and Performance).
  • Demonstrate experience in Workday optimization or implementation projects, with a meticulous approach during testing phases.
  • Holding a Workday HCM certification or Pro accreditation will be considered advantageous.
